Takes to long to get a delivery
It's getting scary. I've been with this company 24 years and never experienced a problem until now. I ordered a gas delivery 3 1/2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting. After 10 days I sent an email inquring about my delivery the response indicated a driver will be out the next day. After 3 days I called my local branch and they forwarded my order to dispatch. I was really dreading dealing with a new utility company, but this place has been phenomenal. Stephanie Hart was a total professional, Seth was great- I really appreciate them both.

After reading the reviews I wasn't sure what to expect but I was very happy with this company. After leaving a message I received I call back within 20 minutes and a service man was at my house the same day. Also a tank refill was done within 24 hours and the service man was very kind and informative.
