I called about having my 300 gallon tank filled. No one answered. Waited on hold for over 11 minutes. Hung up and called another provider.
Takes to long to get a delivery
It's getting scary. I've been with this company 24 years and never experienced a problem until now. I ordered a gas delivery 3 1/2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting. After 10 days I sent an email inquring about my delivery the response indicated a driver will be out the next day. After 3 days I called my local branch and they forwarded my order to dispatch.
