Thompson Family Plumbing once again saved the day! We had all our bathroom counters and sinks replaced and needed someone to install the hardware and drains. I called TFP! As usual they were extremely helpful from the first phone call throughout the entire job. I requested Vincent, who we feel is the best plumber in the region. They did great job for me but most impressed with communications. They e mail you and text reminding of appointment They contact you day of work and keep you abreast to timing of tech arrival After arrival did job for quoted price with excellence

We just moved into our home and had a plumbing issue. We called Thompson family plumbing and they were able to get us an appointment right away. Vincent came out and fixed our issue with no problems. Whenever I need anything done from a plumbing perspective, there isn't a question as to who I call. I depend on Thompson Family for those needs. I love it when Dean is the technician. He is personable, professional, efficient, and explains clearly to me what is to be done. Thompson Family is wonderful to deal with.
