Dr Donna Thompson is a great dentist. She is also very kind.
This business does not in fact do any emergency services. My husband chipped a tooth & was experiencing pain. I called early in the morning to inquire about said "emergency services" and they were able to get him in same day. However, the only service they did for him was an exam and the appointment was just to tell him "oh you need an extraction, I can refer you out". What's the point of having "emergency services" listed on your business page if you do not in fact do NOTHING in emergency dental instances. It was a waste of... read more
I did not feel seen or heard here. The explanations felt condescending. It definitely was not a good fit for me. In addition, they would not treat me because of my high blood pressure but then have the audacity to send me a bill for services rendered. What service? It's one thing to be incompetent, quite another to be a crook.
