We booked a suite at Thompson Dallas for Valentine’s Day hoping for a special, romantic night. Instead, it was honestly really disappointing. The bed sheets had visible holes in them. Not small imperfections — actual holes. In a suite. And the bathrobes in the room were dirty. That completely killed the mood. For a hotel that presents itself as luxury, this is just not okay. Definitely a top end hotel. Located on Elm St. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Staff was vwry accommodating. Give it a whirl.
