I had all my windows changed. They provided excellent service. I am very happy overall.
I had an excellent experience dealing with Thompson Creek. All the people, from the sales representative, installers and the project coordinator were knowledgeable and very efficient. All in all I would recommend Thompson Creek to all my friends.
Just had a door-to-door sales guy named Roy or Ray come thru here. He would not take no for an answer. I let him start his presentation and when I had enough; I politely told him we wouldn't be doing anything on the house for a couple of years. He still continued even though I told him no and basically had to slam the door in his face. I had windows added, but my greatest joy was having a ledge replaced that had vintage tiles surrounding it. There was no damage to the tiles and I know that had to be a challenge. Thank You, Thompson Creek.
