Very good service. Did what they said they would do. Took one day. Roof looks great and is guaranteed for 50 years which is great for resale value of home. Reps professional and outgoing. Unlike below poster, I really enjoyed talking to the field canvassers. Young men, professionally geared in branded clothing, polite and informative. And I got a 5% discount just by being nice and inviting them in for a glass of water. Not very often you get a discount for being a kind human being. Great experience. I recommend highly.
I have purchased windows and French doors with dog door. all have been great. Recently I noticed I could see daylight between the doors. I called my coordinator. An appointment was scheduled, the service was completed swiftly. I will definitely purchase more windows and doors from Thompson Creek.
