Worked for this company for 4 days. Was promised over 40 hour work weeks. Never even saw 30 and I had to fight with them to get them to pay me. Unless it’s life or death I wouldn’t work for these people. Especially Steve Tremblay

Worked with Thompson as a monitor for 2 months in TN after Helene. The money is good but only if you're willing to sacrifice every second of your life. The supervisory staff was awful and played favorites as far as assignments and promotions are concerned. They were very passive aggressive towards those that weren't part of the favorites group. The supervisors had a habit of talking down to the monitors like they are children. Supervisory staff were constantly disorganized and unprepared. Rules and expectations changed daily... read more

I was a moniter for Thompson in Greenwood SC. Our job has ended. I loved my job and will miss my supervisors, Tabitha Arita, taylee Hebert ,tranessia Hudson and Alex Dupree. Awesome people who will always have a special place in my heart. The pay was great. Sometimes you will cross hurdles, as to be expected. You know when you hire on , you use your vehicle. DO NOT WORK for this company it is a scam they work people and don’t pay My husband worked for them since Nov.2024 - Feb 2025and the last month that they worked they have not been paid nor contacted about being paid they are scamming their employees.
