NO Integrity, No Customer Service, Do NOT Trust the Thompson boys. Bought a 2024 VW Tiguan from their used car dept and within a month learned it was a lemon. After couple hard rains the floor boards were filled with water. Week 1 -Took it back to Thompson to have it diagnosed and they said they couldn't find the leak. So they pushed me off to VW dealership since it had manufacturers warranty. Thompson GMC doesn’t accept CarShield for repairs. They should have their service scheduler’s tell customers this when appointments are being scheduled! I can see why they are getting the bad reviews from other customers. Time to buy another car brand! The GMC Yukon Denali is not well built. Don’t waste your valuable time coming to this dealership.
Mike Peters was a pleasure and easy to work with. He made the negotiation process of purchasing a vehicle and trading our vehicle in smoother than other dealerships we have dealt with before.
