I have been buying from Thompson since “The Thompson Boys” were still in High School. I will say that they have continued to be impressive. My experience today was above and beyond what anyone should expect. I believed the service center to be open until 6 on Saturday and arrived at 5:05. To my surprise, they closed at 5. I want to give a shout out to this dealership. My daughter and her family from Texas were passing through there. They broke down in the middle of nowhere. Ended up having their vehicle towed to this dealership. Obviously it would have been easy to take advantage of them in their time of need, they did not. Thank you.
