My experience with TB did not start out the best. Then I started working with James Kuzmich. He was punctual, proactive and followed up with all of my issues. He diligently worked to help me close on a business. At the end of the business deal, the sell side referred to him as a “Shark” which I took as a compliment since he was my representation. He has years of experience under his belt which helped immensely in the non-compete phase of the deal.
