We, unfortunately, had an infestation of roaches. After trying 2 different companies, Thompson Brothers was called. After one treatment, we noticed a marked difference. A 2nd treatment was done and now, we have no more roach problems. I can’t thank them enough. Their employee was such a joy to work with. He was so courteous, professional, and compassionate. I had such a great experience with Thompson Brothers! I called and they were there the same day to assess my property, and were back within 2 days to do preventative treatment and lay a moisture barrier. Big shout out to Rick, Corey, and Mike, they did a great job!! They were so nice, and very fair pricing.
I had a positive experience meeting Todd, who provided me with an estimate for a job related to the sale of my house, and I accepted his proposed price. However, after two weeks of waiting for him to contact us to schedule the work, we reached out to him every other day. I really appreciate the consistency of customer service. The same technician comes each time, Jamie. Jamie delivers professional service and knows our home and issues. It’s really nice to have same professional technician each visit. In addition , it’s important that the product is safe for our dog. Thank you Thompson Brothers.
