I had such a great experience with Thompson Brothers! I called and they were there the same day to assess my property, and were back within 2 days to do preventative treatment and lay a moisture barrier. Big shout out to Rick, Corey, and Mike, they did a great job!! They were so nice, and very fair pricing.
I had a positive experience meeting Todd, who provided me with an estimate for a job related to the sale of my house, and I accepted his proposed price. However, after two weeks of waiting for him to contact us to schedule the work, we reached out to him every other day. I really appreciate the consistency of customer service. The same technician comes each time, Jamie. Jamie delivers professional service and knows our home and issues.
