I made the appointment over the phone and SPECIFICALLY MADE SURE to explain that I am VERY anxious when it comes to dentist appointments and that I either needed laughing gas or put to sleep. So I was ASSURED I would have one or the other. I get to the appointment he comes in I'm thinking he's nice (or so I thought) and he has me sign the paper THAT ALSO says I was going to receive laughing gas yet I was refused it.
