I would like to share my experience with you about this Facility. When I arrived, Monica Lopez with a smiley face warmly welcomed me. She tried her best to help me and to set my appointments according to my schedule. She went above & beyond to accommodate my needs. She provides me with an outstanding service, She’s a great asset to your company. Thank you Monica for being so caring, helpful & passionate. I would like to recommend this facility to everyone.!
Incompetent. Lazy. Obese. Nasty people. They changed names because dr Thompson practice was flagged by medical board stay away. Quack.
I have the best experience from dr, Blake Thompson and all his staff, I cannot thank them enough for giving me the help physically, emotionally psychologically, they have all the treatment in one place. Horrible service Rocio the receptionist never answer the phone you have to leave a message and hopefully someone will call you within a week. I’ve been dealing with this office since 2014 for workers comp and it’s a nightmare!! I haven’t even seen my doctor for at least 5 years, I am only schedule with the nurse practitioner which I don’t mind she is the only one who really cares in that office. I do not have a choice to go somewhere else at this time but please be aware. You will be disappointed.
I am so unhappy that I went here. He took xrays and continued to have me go to physical therapy knowing that I had a hole in my tendon, tears etc...I had to settle a law suit just to get away from him and get a Doctor that had me in surgery and recouperating now so that I can get use out of my shoulder and arm. Do not go here, or to ROC his expensive rehab workshop.
