RecommendedExceptional staff from the veterinarians to the front desk. Everyone has been so knowledgeable and helpful, and when we had to get our dog in on short notice, Thompson was able to get us in when no one else would. We have happily made the switch to Thompson AMC!

"Where Everybody Knows Your Name" We call and mention our black lab, Stoner, and the lovely lady on the phone is excited he's coming in. He broke his leg in October 2017 while retrieving for my husband's guide service. He ended up needing major surgery at a specialty vet in Middleton with numerous weekly visits to Thompson's for bandage changes. Brought my cat in for a limp, wouldn't sedate the cat to get proper x-rays even after being asked to since he has always had to. After forcing the cat still to take blurry xray they saw a broken hip but just prescribed meds and said it will heal on it's own. After 3 weeks just got worse and took the cat to another vet that sedated the cat and took multiple xrays and found 2 broken hips. Surgery was scheduled less then 2 weeks later but died in surgery after not waking up due to possible heart issues. This could have been add... read more
I can’t say enough good things about everyone at Thompson’s. Staff is very friendly and Dr. Gary is amazing and takes such good care of our dog, Hunter. 10/10 would recommend!
Everyone was kind & helpful & very professional, My cat trusted them completely even though it was her first time there.
