Do not recommend this place. They expect a dog to be no trouble when STRANGERS take my dog back in the building alone without me and are grabbing him holding him and trying to give him shots. I will not be coming here again. I’ve been taking my Great Dane here and Lab for two years and they had puppies. I called back to back for 15 minutes for them to come to the car for walk up since we’re not aloud in the office and they did not pick up. Sitting in 90 degree weather you think they would be more considerate and pick up he phone when they request you to call. I want to thank Dr Jean and the rest of the doctors and staff for helping me with my fur babies for over 40 years. I have had several occasions were immediate attention was needed and they have always made time to get them in to solve the problem. I truly appreciate the knowledge and compassion this team possesses
I just wanted to say thank you so much for what you guys did for my Sharky cat today! Thank you for not giving up on him when he was a jerk! And I really appreciated the information and undivided attention I got from the doctors today when you guys were clearly very busy! I will definitely be bringing him to Thompson from now on.
I 110% recommend Dr.Gary to anyone and everyone. He’s the only vet I will ever take my dogs to and trust. I have PTSD from my first dog dying suddenly out of nowhere at only 2 years old. So every little thing that goes wrong with my current dogs, I get very concerned. Dr. Gary has consistently been so willing to listen and help. On average our phone conversations last at least 20 minutes when I have a question or concern. We have taken our dog there for several years after our previous vet "retired" from small animal care. They ahve always been caring and so gentle with our sweet Jack Russell. This past we had to put our sweet baby down. They were already for us to arrive, took us to a room right away without having to wait in the reception area. The cold metal table was covered in a soft nice blanket so she wasn't just on the cold metal table. They gave us time and explained everything to us before and during the procedure.
