Absolutely disgusted. My daddy's dog, Darby, was a patient of Dr. Thompson's for over 12 years. I called today to get an appointment to have him put down. I explained to the receptionist what was going on and apparently, the do not accept emergency appointments. So, if you're furbaby is a patient here, just know that it's a fair weather vet's office. Dr. Thompson & his staff are the best of the best. They’re dedicated to helping your pets. They go above and beyond for their clients & I can not say enough positive things about this clinic! They love your pets without a doubt & treat them as family. We will forever support Thompson Animal Hospital!
Just moved from another state. Found this Vet. So far very happy. My 7 year old pitty always had to be sedated to do his nails. Not here. 3 girls walked into the room. I put a muzzle on him. Two girls got on the floor and held him down while the other clipped his nails. 2 minutes later we were done. Yes a little bit of stress for him but we'll worth it not to sedated him.
I would definitely recommend Thompson animal hospital because they are very knowledgeable friendly and genuinely care for your ever so loved pets. We recently got a puppy and brought him straight to Thompson animal hospital where they gave him his shots and flea and worm medicine. I got the same feeling I get when I take my kids to their pediatrician, stellar professionalism and very kind staff
We’ve trusted our dog with Thompson Animal Hospital since our 15 year old “Jack” was a pup. He has been amazing both in his care of Jack and his compassionate communication with us. At 15 our dog is enjoying a quality of life I know he couldn’t have without the care from Dr. Thompson. Quick visits are quick and those requiring more care and attention always receive both.
