On time, polite and got the job done!
The team at Thompson's are wonderful. I have used them for years to repair my heating unit and today they replaced my old unit with a new one. Anthony and Billy did an amazing job. The install was difficult due to space limitations, but they put in the effort to make it work and did it with a positive attitude. They hauled off all the old debris and cleaned up everything before they left, even though it was getting late in the day.
James checked everything and saved me money. Thanks.
