We were traveling and they were busy, but repaired the brakes on our fifth wheel so we could return to our home province. Very friendly and professional.
I was from out of town and my RV trailer suspension broke. Nobody in town was willing to help me except the team at Thomcat Equipment. Even though they were completely booked for the day they still managed to get my trailer in for repairs. They not only repaired my trailer they built it stronger than before so hopefully I won't end up in the same situation again. These guys are the absolute best.
These guys are great! Easy to deal with and in and out in the same day with new tires and everything checked over! Great pricing and straightforward with everything!
We ordered some e-track for our truck, and they were very helpful in getting it cut to shorter lengths for us. It was great to be able to see some of the options and pick up some of the e-track accessories while we were already there.
Excellent service, top notch repairs and reasonable pricing. Helped me out of a bind in an extremely quick turn around. Will be back for all my trailer needs. Would recommend 100%
