Easy to pay online fast service no waiting in line not saying the lines be too long and Thomasville utilities but it's real easy you don't have to leave the house you can do it right from your home or wherever you are at work give it a try

Just moved here, spent all day at the office signing up, and told me my power would be on by 5:30. Now It’s 7pm, Called the office, they now say my account doesn’t exist and this is something I can’t solve until Monday. It’s Friday, no power or ac.

I really hate Thomasville Utilities and 1 star is too much to give them. It's so unfair for them to not have any competition so therefore they can charge customers high amounts and cut you off every chance they get because they know they're the only company we can use. They don't take into consideration people's situations. They can cut you off while they're in their office by clicking a button. They don't have to go to the house to disconnect but they make sure every name on their list is cut off first thing in the morning.... read more

My Wife and I would like to Thank Tim and Keith from the Water and Sewage departments. We have had a problem with Sewage smell coming out of our Clothes Washer and could not figure where it was coming from. We called Thomasville Utilities and they sent someone out right away, several times. These guys went Above and Beyond to find the problem. They were so Friendly and helpful. They finally found the problem was the filter in our Washer. Thanks Again!
