Went with my cousin to drop off his new Lincoln Navigator for a recall. Sales person promised he would arrange for a rental. We waited almost 45 mins, no rental available and the salesperson was not in. Later that day they called to offer a rental for a small little car.
Had a great car buying experience here. will definitely consider going back when it's time for a vehicle again.
