I called the Thomasville Flower Shop to order flowers for a birthday and then mother's day a week later and I have to say, they have THE BEST customer service. The sent me an email confirmation when the flowers were delivered and then called the recipient to confirm they would be home when they delivered the second arrangement. Ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday, she’s very selective in her flower arrangements. I spoke with Jim about a week before and he was so helpful and patient that I felt he completely understood what I was asking for even when I wasn’t sure myself.
