Have had several issues with lack of service. Once with a lady name Judy up front and once in the back of the house. They don't seem to feel they have to answer any questions about insurance billing. My doctor seems to be as nice as can be! So I don't understand why the staff isn't as courteous. I would not deal with them if it wasn't for the treatment from Dr Newton. Visit at your own risk! Maybe this is what's excepted in Thomasville, but it shouldn't.
