If I could give zero stars, I would. The woman up front is sweet. However, Michelle is rude. I applied and I was excited about it. I called to check on my application and she got an attitude with me and basically told me she would get to it in a week. It’s been two weeks and I’ve gotten no call back. Which is fine, I made up my mind in that moment that I did NOT want her as a landlord. I applied to a newer, nicer apartment complex and got approved and put my deposit down within one day. I applied a few weeks ago. I felt the staff was rude and snooty, fake. When I asked why she said income requirements. I felt like they discriminated against me because I work door dash and Walmart spark. I bring home 4000.00 per month and I have other income I didn't list from SSA because I felt like the 4000 was enough. When I asked if I could resubmit with all my income she said no pretty much. It was a blessing because I found a beautiful 3/2 home for me and my 2 girls. So thank u for denying me.

I came down to Phenix City in the middle of 2021. I couldn't find any place to rent. I also went back to B-ham. After five months of searching, I was offered an one bedroom apartment. I was shocked on the size, but being one person, this was PERFECT for me. I didn't realize how much I disliked those huge complexes that were owned by even larger corporations and they ran it like that!
