I’ve had a truly positive experience working with Brian. He creates a safe, non-judgmental space where I feel heard and understood. His approach is thoughtful, compassionate, and practical, and I’ve gained real tools that I use in my daily life. I’ve grown in ways I didn’t expect, and I’m very grateful for the support and guidance I’ve received.
I had the good fortune of working with Brian and found him to be an exceptional therapist and communicator. His expertise in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Rapid Transformational Therapy have helped my family manage through very difficult health issues, relationships & expectations, as well as teenage development. His years as a teenage coach and adult personal trainer make him uniquely skilled at working with adults as well as children. I recommend him with high praise.
