Dr. Xu is really wonderful! He listens, does not rush at all, Is very caring, and speaks with me as if he assumes I'm intelligent.

I have seen Dr Xu over the course of 5 years for just routine checkups. I happened to get sick with bronchitis and he was out of the office so I went to urgent care. I called his office twice to schedule and appt when he returned. They couldn’t schedule an appt for a couple weeks. They told me he is very busy and doesn’t have any sick visits for a couple weeks. Dr.Xu, on the surface is a good doctor. Great credentials and reviews. When meeting with him, he often belittles any worries or concerns and defers to reviewing blood work. The issue is that the blood work is processed quickly, but his schedule does not allow for a quick review of concerns. I requested additional blood tests per my nutritionists' recommendations and they were completely dismissed. He appeared to be bothered I even requested them. Dr. Xu is by the textbook and that's it.
