Building a new house can be a daunting experience. Tom simplifies the process and walks you through it, step by step, so that you can make the choices that are right for you and fit your budget. The quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail in the home are unsurpassed. Any issues are followed up on immediately and resolved. We just moved into our second Tom Welsh home and we couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Thomas Welsh Builders to anyone in the market for a new home.
The best experience you can possibly have working with a builder. Truly - Tom is a man of his words. I can't recommend working with him and his crew enough. Ask any realtor on the island who is the best builder in terms of quality, professionalism, experience and value. I guarantee their answer will be Tom Welsh!!
