Dr Wells was easy to communicate with at first, then after the procedure, what slwas supposed to be a preventive was changed to diagnostic from a dictation during the procedure which cost about 3500.00 out of pocket. Tried to talk to him, left message after message with his staff with no response from him.Be careful is all I can say.but the office staff was accommodating and nice.
I had an unsedated colonoscopy performed by Dr. Wells, and I was quite nervous beforehand. He talked me through the entire procedure in real time, which was incredibly calming and reassuring. Over the past year, I’ve seen Dr. Wells multiple times, and what stands out most is how easy he is to talk to. I never feel uncomfortable sharing anything with him—he fosters open, honest communication and truly listens. Highly recommend!

Dr. Wells is absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly patient and took the time to answer every single question we had about my sister’s care. We never felt rushed, and he made sure we fully understood everything before moving forward. His calm and compassionate approach truly put us at ease during a stressful time. We’re so thankful for the care and attention he gave—highly recommend Dr. Wells to anyone needing a great GI specialist!
