Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure tha... read more
Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to
I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. I spent a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.
