Very dismissive of my concerns, Totally unhelpful and rude. I would never see him again.
Awful!!! Rushes into a surgery and the surgery didn't even correct the problem. It actually made it worse! And at the follow up he made me feel like I was wrong. Well, a second and third opinion both said he was wrong. Absolutely save your time and go somewhere else.
Was pushed into a septoplasty by his office, told it'd alleviate my symptoms. 8 weeks later I still have pain, pressure, and bleeding from the supposedly healed side where he made the incision, and am still as congested as ever. At my 8 week checkup, he told me my symptoms weren't normal so long after surgery but "my nose looks great" so he couldn't do anything else. I feel worse than ever and Pfennig has been useless. Avoid him like the plague, don't let him talk you into surgery.
Excellent Dr. Personable takes time to explain procedures. Surgery minimal pain excellent results. Office staff well trained and courteous.
Really knows what he is doing, answers all of your questions and is very easy to talk to.
Dr. Pfennig was professional, personable, and caring about our child's discomfort he was experiencing for the last 7 months due to numerous ear infections. He was more than accommodating in getting our child in promptly, where as other providers we had at least a 3 week wait. Dr. Pfennig put our child before himself and had his surgery done within a week despite it being spring break. We are extremely grateful that he was so caring and intuitive to our family's needs. Highly recommend.
