Dr.Pfenning has been my daughter's ENT for the last 23 years and mine for the last 10 years. He is friendly, personable, witty and very knowledgeable. We will definitely miss him. When I told her today that he is retiring, she said 'he can't. I need him to clean my ears one last time'. We have been through 5 surgeries and countless appointments with Dr. Pfennig and we appreciate the patience he had to have with my daughter in the early years.
I will miss him! No nonsense, to the point. Great bedside manner! They don't get any better!
A referral visit for BPPV turned into unnecessary audiologist charges and hearing testing. I refused once and was bullied into getting the tests done anyway. Nothing to do with dizziness! And then was sent for a CAT scan. All I needed was an honest and sensible physician to listen to me but I got neither. I explained that I had been diagnosed with BPPV a few times in the past and it was resolved with the Epley manuever. No pun intended but that suggestion when in one of his ears and out the other. I now owe the office $343.0... read more
Was up front and honest. Did a great job. My daughter needed an appendectomy in her teens. Not fun. But Dr Pfennig was great!
Hopefully this will be published, leaving a review where he practices, they censor the reviews. Not good. His bedside manner leaves little to be desired. He was more concerned and lectured me about getting the covid jab. That has nothing to do with my issues, I'm sorry it doesn't. We didn't even talk about my other issues, I was rushed out the door so fast. I felt like a 5 yr old getting a lecture while I was in there, not appreciated at all.
He was absolutely phenomenal with my daughter. He fixed my daughters ears & explained the process better than any other dr. Out of the 4 doctors we have tried, he is the only one that DID take the time to listen to me.
Having breathing issues all of my life and experiencing dry mouth, i knew i had to get my breathing fixed. Dr Pfennig made me feel comfortable as a patient who suffers from generalized anxiety disorder and was nervous about this procedure. When the date of surgery came, i felt nervous but also excited. De Pfennig visited me before surgery and reassured me that i was in good hands, that i was gonna be comfortable, and that he would fix my nose and my cheek sinus as well to fix my mouth breathing. After 8 days, i feel great an... read more
I was greeted by a very friendly staff and received the service necessary for my situation. I also had my hearing checked. Would recommend this practice for those seeking an ENT.
Dr. Pfennig listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions I was pleasantly surprised at the level of caring and concern from the whole office staff. Definely recommend this doctor for any ENT problems
