Office phone rolls to answering service 9 out of 10 calls DURING BUSINESS HOURS. Still charges cancellation fees even when you DO call to cancel before the 24-hour deadline because the calls roll to answering service. Unless you want a full-time job of trying to get in touch with them, don't bother.

I'm so sorry to hear about your frustrating experience, but I do not feel this rating is a fair assessment of our practice. To help handle the large volume of phone calls, we employ an answering service. If our line is busy, the phones ring over automatically to our service, & operators can then take a message & fax it to our office immediately. Sometimes patients will hang up the phone in frustration before talking with the answering service, and our office therefore does not get the message.
Ms. Watkins helped me with my concern promptly and professionally. It's always good to get such a great reception over the phone. Thank you, Ms. Watkins
Dr. McCormack is an amazing doctor. He is very thorough and makes his patients feel like they're at home. He wants what is best for his patients. His staff is always so accommodating and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone.
Dr. McCormack was extremely helpful with providing the care I was seeking. I had a bad experience with a Psychiatrist when I was a kid and was very nervous about seeing another. He & his staff was friendly, easy to talk to, kind, & most importantly listened well. He went above & beyond to help find solutions that worked within my budget & limited medical coverage. Would highly recommend.
