Difficult to access; lack of transparency in fees; didn't do a good job of explaining what needs to be done for a person who just moved to the US and is new about filling taxes

Having been a client of Tom's for 24 years, I can say that Tom and his staff are remarkable. Getting taxes done is not high on my list of fun things to do, as is the case with most of us, but Tom makes the process easy and his sense of humor really does lighten the mood. Also, Tom is very professional, always on top of the latest IRS rules and regulations. Do yourself a favor and take some of the sting out of getting your a taxes done by having Tom take care of it for you.
