He doesn't listen and is very arrogant. He thinks since he's the doctor and you're the patient, he knows more than you and refuses to listen to anything you have to say even though You are the one living with a bleeding disorder and not him. He get's very argumentative if you don't agree with him. He will not respond to anything in a timely manner even if it's marked with high importance.
Takes time with you, explains your diagnosis and appropriate medical recommendations. Listen to your questions & responds accordingly. Sometimes he has to get back to you because he wants to make sure that he has the most recent up-to-date Information on your specific medical condition.
Dr. Butler is kind and takes his time. He is concerned and listens well. I fully recommend him.
