It is difficult to work with this doctor. He can cancel appointment last minute and his schedule is extremely tight. The first time, staff cancelled our appointment last minute, after we took the day off from work and started driving. "Doctor needs to leave. I apologize. Really appreciate your understanding". Is good doctor I recommending de vates
This doctor was recommended by our pediatrician. New pt, got there early, filled out paperwork. We were seen quickly and Dr Vates was professional, courteous and explained exactly what needed to get done. Minor surgery needed so hopefully things will follow suit.
New patient. Appointment at 10 got here 9:40 to fill out papers, its 10:50 still sittjng in the waiting room.... ????
