Last month I purchased a 2013 dodge challenger, I received a great price on the vehicle, it didn't have a spare tire so I was promised one would be ordered for me, never received a callback about it. We just bought our Ford Explorer today at Thomas Truck Center. Billy was very helpful and nice. He was knowledgable on the vehicle and did not pressure us. The video he sent us was very helpful. Jason was great to work with, quick and efficient and we appreciated the hassle free experience. We just bought a new puppy for Christmas and they let us bring her into the reception room.
