Great customer service.
I Orderd special order caulk August 14( found out later they didn't even put the order in till the 16th). Originally they told me it would take around a week. Then it was 2 weeks. They tracked the order, and I was told it would be no later than the end of that 2nd week. Didn't come then either. I asked patiently for them to track the order again and get to me later that day. I reserved a power screed for a job I only took because I was able to find a power screed here for rent. The day I went to pick it up they told me they didn’t have one available even though I reserved it 3 weeks prior!! 🤬 I will never be going back here. EDIT I changed my review from a 1 star to a 5 star these days. Since my 1 star review, they have almost completely turned over the staff and things were run much better. They’ve also now merged with Thomas tool and I’ve always had great experiences there.
The service is the worst ever.
