Dr. TOGIOKA is an outstanding physician in every way. I am so fortunate to be his patient. His staff is wonderful as well.

Great doctor. Always has time to listen to me when I want to discuss my questions about my heart/health. He always explains everything so I can understand.
Dr. Togioka is the first Doctor whom I met, spent more than an hour to talk to new patient in the first visit to understand the patient condition and concern. He explained the heart condition and the benefit and risk of the medication. In contrast, my previous cardiologist from Stanford spent 8 minutes and prescribed several medications. One does not see this dedication in medical practice like Dr. Togioka anymore.

My husband had scheduled to see Dr. Togioka when he was constantly getting chest pain . The office staff was called to scheduled to see the doctor and she did scheduled my husband . Before seen by the doctor my husbands schedule was changed multiple time .I think ever since Dr. Togioka joined the cider Sinai group he has very little time for the patients . Other strange thing happened was the office staff had never called the insurance to get the approval were the office was very much aware that
