Very good with my nervous 8 year old
The hygienist got us in right on time. Everyone working that day was professional and accommodating. I had a question about a bill and Dana was right on top of that leaving a message for the receptionist to give me about that. Dana is going to resubmit my claim to the insurance company. I did not even ask her to do that. The office is clean and pleasant.
It was treated well during my recent visit. The exam was through and without problem or waiting. I have been a patient of Dr Bunker for some years and have always been more than satisfied with the treatment I have received.
as usual i did'nt want to go, but once i was there things went quite fast and professional.
For once I've found a professional dentist that is honest and trustworthy. Unlike other dentists, he doesn't purposely "find" issues to fix. He is thorough and does not put pressure on you to get work done but explains all of your options in detail. All of the women who have cleaned my teeth there have been gentle and also very thorough. They have some of the latest technology and clean with baking soda which is a big preference for me. The entire office is filled with very kind people. My family and I have been going to Dr. Bunker's office for a few years now. He and his staff are courteous, professional and all do a great job. I recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental care in CNY.
