So this was my first visit to this place and at each touch point the people I interacted with were absolutely great. Will definitely be using them for future purchases.
I called and left 3 messages for the manager, Eric, to follow up on an order I had discussed with him in person. Never received one call back. I'm not going to chase anyone down to give them money, especially when they make it clear that they don't care.
