Awesome atmosphere at a reasonable price with super good food.... What more could you want? My favorite restaurant to visit, even if only once and a while

We have been coming here for years and never have had the experience we did today! Took 10 mins from the time we arrived until we had to ask someone to wait on us. Food comes after another 30 min wait and was terrible...over cooked and dry ( yes this is something we have had before and was delicious). Our drinks also sat empty until we got our check then where asked if we need more. Not sure we will be back to many other places in the neighborhood to eat good food with great service.
This goes without saying. Love the staff and the patrons!

The worst establishment I've ever been to in MY LIFE. The bathrooms were filthy. I felt like a rat was going to appear from the toilet. No organization. A man came out of the woman's bathroom. The staff is rude and disrespectful. I sat there and waited for over thirty minutes to be served while the bartenders stood behind the bar talking about one of their run in's with the law and having to go to court. Had to slam the menu down to get attention to order...that taking place after the bartender looked directly at us. Ordered food and was told 15-20 minute wait for food to go....45 minutes later, food still not ready. Got money back and left.
