I was there to get a Caesar salad and side of okra to-go after work. So I decided to get a beer while I waited. This couple beside me orders there food after me. Now about 10 to 15 later there chicken tenders and fries arrive. I've finished my beer and wondering where my food is. It's very busy too. The inside wasn't really my cuppa, but the back patio had a good vibe. We sat around the unlit (because it was damn warm out) fire pit, watched people and talked. I've lived in Plaza Midwood for almost a year and this was the first time I'd been to Thomas Street. Our server was good and so was the chocolate cake. I'll be back to watch some sports and try more of the menu, for sure!
I've always loved Thomas Street Tavern and it was an Honor to play with my Band Ramblerz this Wednesday Night! Cathy Brown and Jamie and the Whole Staff are awesome!
I believe they can improve by adding wifi. And can be a good idea to be pet friendly

This place was perfect. Awesome band that night, although was not very crowded due to the riots that were picking up. Nonetheless, I would recommend this place to everyone.
