Dr. Sholes office gets less than 1 star and here is why— I arrived a hour early and filled out paperwork twice. I understood that arriving early didn’t mean I would be seen before my appointment time, so that wasn’t my concern. Dr.shoals delivered my sweet girl via c-section last month and did absolutely amazing. I can’t even tell I have an incision! His whole team has made my pregnancy the best I could have pictured it, and I will be using them for every pregnancy henceforth. Shoutout to Dr. shoals and Dr. Reese for their time and patience with me and for picking up late night phone calls to answer questions and make sure I was okay.

Dr. Sholes and NP Nancy are the greatest team and I feel so blessed to have been in their care during my entire pregnancy. Every office visit was greeted with smiling faces and loving people to where I felt like family. Once delivery time arrived Dr. Sholes had me at such ease to the point where myself and the nursing staff at saint marys were having a blast. I had a deeply upsetting experience with this office and the labor delivery team at St. Mary’s. My pregnancy was high risk, but I was consistently treated like I was "exaggerating" or a "mystery" to be managed rather than a patient to be cared for. After being diagnosed with a thyroid issue, my dose of Levothyroxine was increased without the office even checking my levels first. One of the ultrasound techs insisted I had low amniotic fluid.
