I have had a great experience from before I even used Thomas service company. The call center has been great to work with. Tom my technician was up front and honest when he diagnosed my Sub-Zero fridge. Thank you all at Thomas Service Company
Have used Thomas Service Comapny twice for Subzero repairs. Cooper has been the service tech for both visits and he was great. Each time he arrived within the arrival window, performed the repair in a timely manner, and I could tell he is very knowledgeable. Would defintiley reccomend.
Reckless Driver. The employee driving the Thomas Service Company Van with plates DDV 579 drives completely RECKLESSLY. He was swerving in and out of traffic. When forced to merge this driver would not let me in and when I merged in front of him, he flipped me off. I hope he does not treat the people he services for the same way he treats people when he drives!
My sub zero was not cooling like it should so I wanted to ask a question about it…. Technicians can’t receive calls or make calls they are too busy to answer a question. I will take my business somewhere else….
