I am dissatisfied with her care. She is attempting to treat my TSH level only, despite T3 and T4 still being on the low end of average. I have all of the clinical signs of Hashimoto's thyroiditis (confirmed by scan and lab) and explained them to her: dry skin, lethargy, hair loss, diet without weight loss, fog... All she was concerned with was 1 out of 3 lab values. Do they no longer teach these doctors to look at the whole picture?
Dr Thomas takes the time to determine what your symptoms are saying and treats the cause. I highly recommend ner. Especially when other doctors can't determine what is wrong.
Dr. Sailatha Padmanabhan Thomas is a wonderful doctor. She treats me, my husband and my step mother. We are all very pleased with Dr. Thomas. She is very knowledgeable, understanding and caring. She goes the extra mile for all of her patients and works very hard to keep her patients healthy and informed. I highly recommend Dr. Thomas if you need an endocrinologist.
Dr. Padmanabhan (Thomas) is one of the two best doctors I have ever seen. She explained my thyroid numbers to me in an easy to understand way - something nobody else had been able to do. She is very caring and kind and takes the time to listen to what you have to say. She always makes sure I understand everything we talked about and asks if I have anymore questions before the end of our appointment. It never feels like she's rushed. I wish she could be my primary doc!
