Since closing down your kiosks I can't tell which jewellery shop stocks the widest range of your products. I hate buying jewellery online as I don't know what it will look like in person and size wise it's always a bit off. I've had experiences where I go to a jewellers and they have a tiny tiny range of products - so it feels like a waste of time travelling to these places only to find they barely have anything.
I had to return a bracelet that was too big and exchange it for a smaller size. I was a little worried because I needed it back within just four days for our overseas trip. The communication from head office was outstanding. Even though I never mentioned that I was in a rush, they still processed the exchange quickly and sent it back via Express Post. To my surprise, it arrived right on time. Such a wonderful company to deal with—excellent service and a beautiful product.
So everything I have ever bought has been great. Bar 2 rings we purchased and has been in the original box it came in for a bit more than 6 months . Opened it the other day and ithe sterling silver ones are tarnished. Write to TS and they said to try and clean it with the cleaning cloth. Impossible as the cloth cannot get into the nooks and crannies. So wondered if they could clean it for me but was told it has to be mailed back @ my cost to get this cleaned. Exceptional customer service by the TS team when purchasing online jewellery as a gift for my son.
