I was saddened to hear about the departure of the Eaton Centre store manager. Rhianna brought such exceptional style and presence that made the store feel special. I often found myself visiting to experience her warmth and energy and of course, to purchase from her directly, as I truly valued her taste and the thoughtful way she recommended pieces. Her eye for jewelry made every visit feel personal and exciting. She genuinely made the shop shine, and her absence is a true loss.

Went in with my husband hoping to pick up a few charms but walked out with nothing… When we walked in there were two employees on the floor one was with a customer. The other turned her back to me as I approached the counter, so we just walked around and headed out. Went to Pandora next door instead.

Bad service. The indian lady was very helpful and kind but there was a long blonde hair lady was not kind and willing to help or had an attitude to all of their customers. She was treating them as if she thinks is a queen or something…I won’t be buying anything from Thomas Sabo…

Bad service. I was basically brushed off when inquiring about items and the blond sales lady kept ignoring me. They don’t even sell real gold, and their products are not good quality - none of their pieces will last. $200-$300 for gold plated items are a joke. Go to mejuri (that has real gold for those prices) or even pilgrim which is slightly cheaper in the same mall, although they also don’t sell real gold pieces. No wonder they’re going out of business.
