I am a Registered Nurse. Dr. Weber is very knowledgeable and personable. He gave me several options to help relieve my knee pain. I highly recommend him.
During these difficult times (COVID-19), Dr. Weber manages to cheer me up in spite of myself. Though my surgery is still pending, I am so happy that he'll be attending to my specific needs. Take this from a veteran who knows grumpy military practitioners. Dr. Weber cares. Truth.

Dr. Weber and his staff were very kind and professional. Dr. Weber's nurse Annette was thoughtful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Dr. Weber to family and friends.
Would highly recommend Dr. Weber and his staff. Very efficient and courteous. Identified my issues right away and came up with a thorough plan to address.
Call backs are non-existent. I am an RN and am shocked by the lack of follow-through with Dr. Weber and his nurse Pam. Questions were never answered, diagnosis and treatment were just left hanging without any further follow up or any inkling that the office cared for the well-being of the patient. Appalled that this physician is practicing within the Sentara facility
After a strikingly abnormal MRI, Dr Weber referred me to a neurosurgeon at UVA, but when the referral fell through and my symptoms started affecting not only my strength, but functioning ability as well...I could not get answers, return calls or any assistance from the office. Jenny was wonderful, but Pam is very rude. Had to go to ED at UVA who immediately admitted me. Very disappointed in Dr Weber and RMH
