I have been having really bad back pain for the last year or so. I originally hurt hurt my back when I was 15 and I have dealt with back pain for most of my life, just not this bad. I went to Dr. Tom with upper back and neck pain radiating to my arm. He performed a thorough intake, identifying triceps weakness on physical exam. My pain and weakness improved dramatically (nearly resolved) with a variety of therapies, and he also sent me to a neurologist to rule out more serious nerve damage. I have been dealing with a chronic lower-back issue for 11 years. Have been to the best orthopedic and spine hospitals in the northeast as well as countless physical & massage therapists. I called on a Saturday in pain. I was a new patient and they made time to see me and get me on the road to recovery. Dr Tom and Dr Wende were awesome. They provided me relief. Very professional. Would highly recommend them.

Dr Ruplo is very thorough and his techniques are very effective. he does not try to sell you on long term ongoing treatment but rather lets you and your body decide on what is necessary in terms of the frequency and length of treatment. There is absolutely no pressure. He and his wife are genuine caring people with great bedside manner. His staff are very professional and they address patients in a very caring and nurturing way.

Drs Tom and Wende are trustworthy, caring and do not try to sell you packages like so many chiropractors. Although they may not accept your insurance, they work with you to get you to as close to pain free as possible. Office staff is friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

I had severe pain from a pinched nerve in my neck. After a cortisone shot, muscle relaxers and pain meds barely touched my pain. Dr Rupolo assured me he’d have succes and I would not need the recommended surgery to replace the disc in my neck. He is trust worthy and is truly there for his patients! Dr Rupolo is amazing!! Dr Wende is incredible and the ladies on staff are friendly and make you feel welcomed. All around great experience and best of all no pain!! Highly recommended!!!

""Outstanding Ciropractor "" I had neck pain and lower back injury severe pain after see Dr. RUPOLO The pain in my neck is gone and my lower back pain has improved now I I'm able to do more daily activities and I have more physical mobility to be able to mentally function , physically function and emotionally function . I've been under Dr. Tom Rupolo's care since sustaining headaches, neck and back pain and a number of other issues resulting from a trip/fall two years ago. He has worked with me seeing often in the beginning and tapering down the amount of office visits over time. While he has helped me considerably my body knows when it's time to see Dr. Rupolo. His office is warm and friendly and I know that I am receiving excellent care. Highly recommended.
