As a parent, the prospect of your 15 year daughter undergoing hip surgery was daunting and we were so fortunate that she was in the care of Dr. Lynch and his team. It's now a year since the first of two hip arthroscopies (one on each hip) to repair torn labrum and correct a hip impingement, and as a rower she was back in the boat, pain free, within 5 months. With Dr. Lynch, you not only will be in the hands of a compassionate surgeon who talked our daughter through what to expect and addressed her questions and concerns, you... read more

I am a 43 year old ex-elite athlete. I woke up Thanksgiving weekend one 2018 and could not get out of bed. I have many knee surgeries, but never any hip issue. NEVER. Apparently While I was doing damage to my knee I was doing the same damage to my hip. However did not have pain for 20 years. I met with Dr Lynch in January 2019, he told me I wasn’t ready for surgery. Despite the incredible amount of pain I was in. He told me words no women wants to hear. Lose weight and PT. I was in so much pain I was willing to lose the weig... read more

Dr Lynch and his team are by far the best in the business! In the last 12 months I have been to see Dr Lynch and the team for a meniscus operation to my right knee and also severely strained MCL, ACL and Calf to my left knee. This was the first operation I have ever had and at no point did I feel any stress or concern. Dr Lynch and John Cosgrove were always available to discuss anything and everything with me. When I had my second injury on a Saturday morning, I sent an e-mail that day (Office was obviously closed). First th... read more

Dr. Lynch performed my ACL reconstruction surgery roughly six months ago. I had not gone through surgery before, so came into the experience with many questions. I was able to get in to see Dr. Lynch within a day or requesting an appointment. He and his excellent staff (including physician extender John Cosgrove and nurse practitioner Karen) each spent 30 to 60 minutes with me explaining how to prepare, the procedure, and likely recovery timeline. He performed the surgery about three weeks later. He and his staff have been e... read more

Dr. Lynch took care of our son throughout his college football career and then into his NFL career. He was an advocate for our son and every decision he made was in our son’s best interest. Dr. Lynch is an incredibly awesome communicator and has a warm and caring bedside manner. He and his team (John) took care of us at every visit and even fielded calls from us on the weekends never making us feel like we were bothering them. They made us feel special which is so rare these days. I trust him completely and recommend him 100... read more

I have been working with Dr. Lynch and team for the last year since I tore my ACL while mountain biking. I am very happy with the care that I received throughout the process of my ACL reconstruction and recovery/return to sport. Dr. Lynch and his physician extender, John Cosgrove, together with Nurse Practitioner Karen Yancopoulos, are an experienced and responsive team. They helped me make decisions about which type of graft to use, followed up on details like reserving a Game Ready unit for after surgery, and provided advi... read more

Dr. Lynch and his team are amazing! I felt instantly at ease with him and he didn't pressure or rush me to get surgery. When I did get surgery, it was a great experience. I was taken care of with personalized care from the minute I walked in until I was ready to go home. The prep work he did and the follow up was incredible . I knew I could always reach out and get my questions answered. I'm still only a few months post op but I'm healing really, really well . I'm already back to doing some of the things I love like running.... read more

Excellent doctor. I went to Dr. Lynch for a second opinion after seeing another top NYC surgeon who had diagnosed me with a torn meniscus and told me that I needed surgery. Dr. Lynch informed me that I had torn cartilage and recommended that I try PT (and other alternatives) before I had surgery. After 6 weeks of PT my knee has vastly improved and it looks like I've avoided surgery. He's an excellent doctor who is not in a rush to perform surgery and will consider other courses of action. I enthusiastically recommend him.

Dr. Lynch and his team are AMAZING! I had hip arthroscopic surgery to repair a torn labrum. The surgery itself went amazingly well, and I had very minimal pain afterwards. Dr. Lynch is thorough and attentive. He answered all my questions and was always accessible. His PA, Karen, is also wonderful! The whole team takes the time to get to know you and stay in touch with you throughout your rehab process. The rehab protocol is incredibly detailed and really works. I'm almost back to 100% mobility four months after the surgery. ... read more
