This review is for the staff and surgery coordinator. My wife was so in pain when she saw Dr. Balch on September 18th to make a decision about a surgery. She soon called the office to schedule an appointment, she left a voicemail on that day, never heard back, called back on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday with voicemails each time. Nothing heard by Friday. She called back again and finally had yon track down Sheila which was supposed to be the surgery coordinator.
