I had scheduled a tour with Sanjeev for an apartment today (11/8/2025) at 4pm. I arrived at 3:55pm and waited for Sanjeev to arrive. Around 4:07 I called Sanjeev to confirm he was on his way and my call was immediately forwarded. My partner and I waited until 4:15 before deciding to just leave. Really unfortunate as the apartment looked so nice based on pictures I saw in the Zillow posting. Everything happens for a reason. Pay attention to the 1 star reviews when you see them friends.

Heidi was so patient and friendly in her dealings with me to get us approved for a new rental. She is very professional but also warm, friendly and caring. She is always quick to respond with any questions or concerns.
