I can't say enough about this business!!! Heidi has been absolutely amazing at finding me the perfect home to start my life in Florida! Every question and a few issues was taken care of immediately and her communication is fast and her results are stellar! I can't recommend Heidi or Thomas Ryan Real Estate anymore highly!!!
Heidi and her team are magnificent. I hired them for tenant placement and within maybe 30 days they were able to find a great couple to move into my property. They were on top of everything and if they needed approval for anything they asked me first! They even referred me over to a great plumber when needed, and even the plumbing company even had amazing things to say about them. Word of mouth goes a long way, and if this review is what helps someone else make the decision to go with this company they will not regret it!!
Competent and helpful. Sanjeev is quick to respond and goes out of his way to support us before and during the rental. We will continue to be customers! Very impressed.

We dealt with Property Manager Sanjeev Ramachandran. He was unprofessional and had poor communication skills. He shouldn't have a license to practice real estate.
